Sign in to request account deletion, check progress, or cancel before processing starts. You do not need the mobile app to use this page.

Your public profile and eligible account data are removed after processing completes.

Eligible profile, matching, device, and communication data is handled through Novia’s audited privacy process.

Limited safety, fraud, legal, audit, or dispute records may be retained when required.

App-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store where they were purchased.
