Novia is for respectful, lawful, relationship-oriented interaction. We remove behavior that makes verified dating less safe or less honest.
Do not misrepresent yourself
Do not impersonate another person, use stolen photos, hide your age, falsify location, bypass verification, create duplicate accounts, or mislead members about your identity or intentions.
Do not harm or pressure members
Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, coercion, sexual pressure, non-consensual explicit content, blackmail, doxxing, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.
No child sexual abuse or exploitation
Novia is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, solicitation involving minors, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are prohibited. Novia removes or disables violating accounts and content, preserves relevant evidence, and reports to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Do not exploit the platform
Fraud, romance scams, solicitation, financial requests, spam, scraping, automated account creation, security testing without permission, and attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt Novia are prohibited.
Use live video respectfully
Live introductions must remain respectful and clothed. Nudity, sexual acts, shock content, recording without consent, or attempts to intimidate a member during video may lead to immediate removal.
