What this policy covers.
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Novia. Account-specific terms shown during sign-up, paid plans, or app-store flows may also apply.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to use the service, and truthful about your identity, age, location, relationship intent, and profile information.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Do not sell, transfer, lend, share, or create duplicate accounts unless Novia expressly allows it.
The service
Novia provides tools for verified introductions, live video, messaging, matching, safety reporting, and community management. We do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, compatibility, availability, or uninterrupted service.
Member content
You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant Novia permission to host, display, process, moderate, and use that content to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, pause verification, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when we believe conduct creates legal, security, integrity, or member-safety risk.
No emergency service
Novia safety tools are not a substitute for police, medical, or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
