Novia is strictly for adults 18 and older.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, solicitation involving minors, and child sexual abuse material.

What to know

Suspected underage accounts and child-safety reports receive a dedicated review path. Novia may disable accounts or content, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

Report a child-safety concern

Use in-app reporting when possible so the report carries the relevant account and interaction context. You can also contact safety@novianow.com. Do not download, forward, or email suspected illegal material.

Practical next steps

  • Do not engage with or investigate a suspected underage account yourself.
  • Include the profile or account details needed to identify the concern.
  • If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
