Child Safety Standards
Suspected underage accounts and child-safety reports receive a dedicated review path. Novia may disable accounts or content, preserve relevant evidence, and report to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Report a child-safety concern
Use in-app reporting when possible so the report carries the relevant account and interaction context. You can also contact safety@novianow.com. Do not download, forward, or email suspected illegal material.

- Include the profile or account details needed to identify the concern.
- If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
