Reporting & Blocking

Leave first. Report when you are ready.

Novia’s exit, report, and block controls are designed to put distance between a member and an uncomfortable interaction quickly.

What to know

A report can cover harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, solicitation, sexual conduct, suspected underage access, or other behavior that violates Novia’s rules. Blocking prevents repeat contact while the submitted concern is reviewed.

What makes a report useful

Share the account, approximate time, and a concise description of what happened. Include only relevant evidence and never send passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.

Practical next steps

  • Exit an active live introduction immediately if you feel unsafe.
  • Block the account to prevent repeat contact.
  • Contact emergency services first if there is immediate danger.

Need urgent help?

Leave the interaction first. Report when you are ready.

If a live introduction feels unsafe, use the in-product exit control immediately. For safety concerns outside the app, contact local emergency services first, then notify Novia support with the relevant account and session details.

Include only the information needed for review. Do not send passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive personal documents by email.

This inbox is also Novia's designated contact for child-safety concerns. Use in-app reporting when you can so the report includes the relevant account and interaction context.
